Complaint
You may decide to complain if you have been denied access to the information you have requested and you think that this decision is disproportional and lacks sufficient or valid reasoning. In that case you make an appeal to the Information Commisioner.
An appeal to the Information Commissioner is allowed against the decision on the rejection or approval (full or partial) of the request for access to classified information.
Appeal
After the appeal procedure has been carried out, the Information Commissioner on the appeal issues a decision against which both the public authority and the appellant can initiate an administrative dispute before the High Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia.
