You are not entitled to free legal aid by the Constitutional Court. If you want to hire a lawyer, you have to take into account that you will have to pay for these services yourself.
To apply to the Constitutional Court you do not need a lawyer, but it is important to remember that the Court will reject the constitutional complaint if it is incomplete, not understandable or not permissible.
If you are not able to afford a lawyer, you have the possibility to apply for free legal aid that is provided by the administrative bodies of the counties and the City of Zagreb, authorised associations, legal clinics and lawyers.
