Who can organise a meeting, procession or picket?
Everyone has the right to public assembly under the conditions established by the Law on Public Gatherings.
The organizer of a peaceful assembly and public protest, or any other public gathering, is an individual or a legal person who, in accordance with the provisions of this Law, prepares, organizes and supervises the holding of a peaceful assembly and public protest.
When a group of citizens or legal entities prepares a peaceful assembly and public protest, they are obliged to designate their representative.
