The Ombudsperson for Persons with Disabilities provides advisory assistance to persons with disabilities on how to exercise and protect their rights and interests if they could not obtain the necessary information through the body that was obliged to provide them with that information, are not satisfied with its quality or are not sure of its reliability.

The Ombudsperson for Persons with Disabilities is not authorized to represent parties in administrative and court proceedings.

The Ombudsperson and their deputies and advisers can advise you on what actions to take or which executive institution to turn to in order to protect your rights if all measures under the Ombudsperson's jurisdiction have been exhausted or if the Ombudsperson is not competent to act in your case.

When contacting the Ombudsperson for Persons with Disabilities you are not required to have a lawyer.
